Return & Refund Policy
Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp/Instagram with order ID, parcel photos, and a full unboxing video from sealed package to product reveal.
Returns are accepted only for transit-damaged or wrong-item deliveries verified by support.
Returns are not allowed for dislike, change-of-mind, color expectation mismatch, or size/fit issues.
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
